Developer: Hlib Chornenkyi.

In the app

Open the PROFILE tab, tap DELETE ACCOUNT and tap it once more to confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Send an e-mail to 4037637@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Planets account". Include your nickname, and, if you linked one, the Google or Apple account used to sign in. The Service Provider deletes the account within 30 days and replies to confirm.

What is deleted

Your game account and nickname, linked Google or Apple account, profile photo, rating, rank, experience, statistics, friends and blocked players, fair-play records and reports about your photo.

What is kept

Records of played duels are kept to ensure fair play. After deletion they no longer contain anything that links them to you. Diagnostic logs you chose to send are not linked to your account and are kept only as long as needed to investigate the problem. Technical server logs, which can contain IP addresses, are kept for a limited time and then deleted. Nothing else is kept.
